Michael Sullivan is a Vice President at Boston Meridian and has 8 years of investment banking experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for infrastructure software companies. During his tenure, Michael has advised on dozens of transactions, collectively worth billions of dollars.
At Boston Meridian, Michael spends time understanding the priorities of both strategic acquirers and investors as well as the current trends emanating from infrastructure software vendors. He leads due diligence efforts on prospective clients and is heavily involved in the client engagement lifecycle.
Prior to Boston Meridian, Michael worked in the treasury department of a large private company with tens of billions of dollars in revenue. Here, he had responsibilities including cash / debt management, financial planning and analysis, and accounting. Earlier in his career, Michael worked at a retail bank optimizing loan allocations, performing sensitivity analysis to Federal Reserve actions, and developing a non-maturity deposit study to better forecast bank returns.
Michael received a BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting with a minor in Business Economics from Bentley University, graduating summa cum laude.
